TRAINING COURSE POLICIES

Booking & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on any course. No space is confirmed until the deposit has been received. All deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

Payment Plans
Payment plans are available on selected courses. By choosing a payment plan, you agree to pay all instalments on the agreed dates. Failure to complete payments may result in loss of your place and any payments made.

Final Balance
The remaining balance must be paid in full before the course start date (or as agreed in your payment plan). Students with outstanding balances may not be permitted to attend.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
If you need to reschedule, a minimum of [7–14 days] notice is required. Requests made after this time may result in loss of your booking.
Rescheduling is offered at the trainer’s discretion and subject to availability.

No Shows
Failure to attend your booked course without notice will result in full loss of all payments made.

Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be admitted, or may miss important theory/practical elements. This will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Course Requirements
Students may be required to bring their own model depending on the course. Details will be provided in advance.
All students must behave professionally and respectfully throughout the training.

Certificates
Certificates will only be issued upon successful completion of the course and full payment received.

Health & Safety
Students must disclose any relevant medical conditions prior to training. The trainer reserves the right to refuse treatment or training if deemed unsafe.

Liability
We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury during the course unless caused by negligence.

Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse or remove any student who is disruptive, disrespectful, or under the influence of drugs/alcohol. No refunds will be given.

Course Changes
We reserve the right to amend course dates, times, or content if necessary. In the unlikely event of cancellation by us, an alternative date or full refund will be offered.
